Here's a new painting. It's 97% finished. It's different. I'm not too sure how to feel about it. Sometimes it feels way too busy and then sometimes it doesn't. It's called Elemental for now. The sun, water, earth, sky, flesh and steel. Surrealism meets...I have no idea. Latin art? It says so much to me. Speaks and speaks and speaks. What do you think?

Fall-Out Inspired Shelf
I made the amazing Turayis a shelf today for her video games. Well, I didn't make the shelf, she bought it at Michaels for 5 bucks. I took it, painted it, found some pre-existing art on Google, printed it out and stuck it on. Then I roughed it up, drilled screw holes and hung it up for her. She is using it to shelve her old school game cartridges for the Sega, NES, and Super NES.
Thanks to Sally Van for the original Nuka-Cola art.

JH Williams III
If you appreciate art and comics and have yet to check out JH Williams III art in Batwoman, you are seriously missing something. The best way I could describe it would be to say it's like if Gothic Art ran into Psychedelic Art and they created JH Williams III amazing style. Fluid and beautiful yet haunting.
He has a great blog if you find interest in his work: http://www.jhwilliams3.com/
He writes the book as well. So far, I'm still hooked. Elegy, Book 1 and Book 2 are all available on Amazon right now. You can usually find copies in great shape for a great price. I always seem to miss the individual copies at my local comics shop, so I opt to go the Graphic Novel route.
